- Donation & transaction info: billing address and payment details (processed by trusted third-party payment processors; their terms apply to payment data).
- Content you submit: stories/testimonies, event RSVPs, volunteer interests, survey responses, uploaded media.
- Communications: emails/SMS you send us, responses to organizing outreach, or messages sent via forms.
When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- Device & usage data: IP address (which may indicate approximate location), browser type/version, OS, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, clicks, downloads, time on page, date/time, and error logs.

Text messaging exception: If we collect SMS opt-in and consent, we do not share that opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Suggested text: If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
Email & SMS Communications; Your Choices
Email. If you provide your email, we may send updates and organizing opportunities. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails or by writing info@comitephilly.org.
SMS/Text. If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive texts (e.g., action alerts, events, resources). Standard message/data rates may apply.

SMS: Reply STOP to any text.
If you request full deletion of your records, we will honor it unless retention is required by law or necessary for safety/compliance. Note: If fully deleted, we may not be able to prevent future outreach if your info is later re-provided by you or others (e.g., petition co-signings).

We may update this Policy as our work and Services evolve. Changes are effective upon posting with the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Services.
