About Worker Organizer Role

This is a part-time position, generally 10–25 hours per week, depending on availability.
Compensation ranges from $25–$40 per hour, depending on experience and the responsibilities assigned.
Yes. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a required qualification for this position.
Yes. Regular weekend availability is required, including canvassing alongside worker leaders at the Mexican market in FDR Park.
This is expected to be a seasonal position through January 2027, with a strong possibility of renewal or expansion.
